These Terms & Conditions govern the LotPulse text message program, operated by AI Business Solutions LLC d/b/a LotPulse ("LotPulse," "we," "us," or "our"). By signing up, you agree to these terms.
Program description
When you tap "Watch this car" on a participating dealership's website and provide your mobile number, you are enrolling to receive automated text alerts about the vehicle(s) you choose to watch. These alerts may include a sign-up confirmation, price-drop notifications, demand updates, sold notices, and — if you check the optional consent box — notices when a similar vehicle (same make and model) arrives at that dealership.
How to opt in
You opt in by tapping "Watch this car" on a vehicle detail page and entering your mobile phone number. By doing so, you consent to receive automated marketing and informational text messages about that vehicle from LotPulse on behalf of the dealership. If you check the optional consent box, you also consent to receive notices when a similar vehicle (same make and model) arrives at that dealership. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on the vehicles you watch and their pricing activity. You will typically receive a confirmation message at sign-up and occasional messages thereafter when there is a relevant update. Similar-vehicle arrival notices are limited to at most one message in any 48-hour period, and end 60 days after a watched vehicle sells.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. LotPulse does not charge for the alerts, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply based on your plan.
How to opt out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and you will not receive further messages unless you sign up again.

Supported carriers
The program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do.
